The Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within timeline and budget, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals and managing cross-departmental teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Create comprehensive project plans for communication with clients and internal teams
- Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to meet milestones and uphold quality standards
- Monitor project progress continuously and produce detailed reports on milestones and deliverables
- Communicate proactively project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders
- Manage project budgeting and forecasting to ensure completion within approved budget
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze successful and unsuccessful elements for continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree or advanced certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
- Proven experience managing all aspects of project lifecycles
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools
- Demonstrated leadership, time management, and organizational skills to drive project success
- Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills applied in project contexts
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet deadlines effectively
