Project Manager (TAO)

General Purpose:
Corsair is seeking a Project Manager based in Taoyuan to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate between different project stakeholders.
They would be responsible for progress reporting to management as well as scheduling and project documentation.
In this role the project manager will own and lead planning and execution coordination while taking ownership for on-time and on-budget delivery of the completed projects.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers to guide teams from initiation to delivery.
• Take full ownership of project deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and navigating interdependencies to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Operations, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams to align on and formulate key project requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain clear project documentation — including plans, status reports, and meeting notes — in collaboration with engineering and other key stakeholders.
