Project Manager (Tech)

Salary: ฿100,000 – ฿140,000 per month

About the role

Our client, a growing technology company operating in the B2B SaaS sector, is seeking a highly analytical and structured Project Manager (Tech) to drive operational excellence across its Technology department and broader business functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will identify operational inefficiencies, investigate root causes, design and implement process improvements, and establish measurable outcomes to ensure continuous improvement across the organization. This is not a traditional project delivery or coordination role. Instead, the position focuses on process optimization, engineering effectiveness, workflow automation, and operational performance. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams to streamline workflows, improve accountability, and eliminate unnecessary complexity.

About you

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant technical or quantitative discipline

• At least 4 years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Operations, Engineering Effectiveness, or a related role within a product-based or technology company

• Experience in management consulting or a similarly structured problem-solving environment, combined with hands-on in-house operational experience

• Proven experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and enforcing SOPs

• Demonstrated success auditing and redesigning complex workflows across multiple departments

• Experience driving organizational change and securing stakeholder adoption without relying on direct reporting authority

• Strong root cause analysis skills and the ability to challenge existing processes constructively

• Experience translating operational problems into practical, measurable solutions

• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, including the ability to query a data warehouse independently and develop operational reports

• Advanced proficiency in configuring Jira workflows and automation rules
