About the Role
Aste Global is looking for a hands-on and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology implementation and business improvement initiatives across the company.
The immediate priority of this role is to manage the day-to-day coordination of an AI-powered RFQ and quotation automation project that is currently under implementation. You will work closely with internal users, management, vendors, implementation partners, and external advisors to manage timelines, track deliverables, coordinate testing and deployment, resolve blockers, and ensure the project progresses towards successful completion.
Beyond the RFQ automation project, you will also support other initiatives involving system upgrades, process improvements, data projects, workflow automation, operational improvements, and selected business projects.
This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who is structured, proactive, and comfortable driving multiple stakeholders towards clear outcomes.
Software development experience is not required. However, candidates should have strong experience managing technology-related projects and be comfortable working with software systems, ERP platforms, AI solutions, automation tools, data initiatives, and third-party vendors.

Demonstrated ability to drive follow-through, accountability, and closure.
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to understand business processes and translate requirements into actionable project plans.
