Project Manager (Technology Consulting)

Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿55,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful implementation and integration of innovation related to FRONTIS’s 4 core transformation solutions: Strategy Consulting, Digital Solutions, Data Analytics and AI Technologies.

• Responsible for project planning; from shaping approach, planning resources & activities and identifying & proactively mitigate project risks

• Manage the project; driving for delivery excellence and adding value to the clients

• Lead & enable high performing team members to achieve excellence in their work and catalyzing their professional and personal growth

• Work with project team to solve a variety of complex problems as well as provide team members with technical consulting such as requirement and design review, solution architect design, cloud solution design and other necessary guidance

• Build relationships with and ensure success for clients' senior executives & all project stakeholders

• Support pre-sales activities to shape business value, define solution, confirm scope and project budget.

• Develop high quality work outputs including presentation slides, solution design documents, status report, minutes of meeting

• Lead client meetings & interviews and organize project events e.g. workshops, conferences, etc.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in Project Management, IT Consulting, or related fields (Experience managing Data, AI, or Digital Transformation projects is preferable).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with interest in digital transformation

• Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills

• Proven ability to lead & enable team and manage relationships with people from all level ranging from senior management to working team members through collaboration and with high professionalism

• Passion to learn new technology and topics at pace and with structure

• Flexibility and ability to work and enjoy working under tight deadlines and handle pressure

• Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills in both languages)

• Proficient IT skills — Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
