Project Manager
Summary
Oversee interior-decoration projects from planning to delivery, coordinating teams and suppliers to meet timelines and budgets while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Prepare project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
