Oversee and coordinate interior renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets while liaising with designers, contractors, and clients in Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee renovation projects from commencement to completion
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, timeline, and budget
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
- Address site issues, variations, and client concerns promptly
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress updates
- Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and defect management
