Project Manager
About the role
TRS is seeking an organised and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead new client set-ups from initial handover through to successful launch. This role is responsible for coordinating people, processes, systems and timelines to ensure every new client receives a smooth, professional and well-managed onboarding experience. Acting as the main point of coordination between the client and TRS's internal teams, the Project Manager will establish clear project plans, manage dependencies, resolve issues and ensure all agreed requirements are delivered on time and to the expected standard.
Key responsibilities
Work with the Operations Team and the Client Account Manager to define and build the project plan including project team members, delivery success checklist, key milestones, tasks and due dates
Create and keep up-to-date the 'project log' used to internally track progress on active projects
Lead status update calls with internal and client sponsors either 'on demand' or scheduled weekly standing Microsoft Teams Calls with the client and client account manager
Follow up with internal team members responsible for delivery of tasks on time to meet the deadline
Escalate risk or scope creep to the Chief Operating Officer and Client Account Manager that could impact the due delivery date
Escalate risk or slippage to the client and client account manager that would delay the original communicated due date
Conduct the internal sign-off meeting with the Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Client Account Manager to validate everything on the predefined project success checklist has been delivered and ongoing billings can commence
Chair the client sign-off meeting with the client and the Client Account Manager against the predefined project success checklist
Ensure internal project team members have documented their work along the way either through the tRS Fundamentals (client knowledge base) and/or Confluence (internal knowledge base)
Ensure the project is scored with the client and client account manager and post implementation success stories are captured / documented where relevant
About you
Demonstrated experience managing client onboarding, implementation or operational projects
Strong project planning, organisation and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery quality
Experience identifying and managing project risks, issues and dependencies
Confidence leading meetings and communicating with clients and senior stakeholders
Ability to translate client requirements into clear actions and deliverables
Proficiency with project-management, collaboration and reporting tools
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively across teams
