Essentials: 7+ years' construction experience ; Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar; Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects ; Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder management skills.
Location: Projects in North Dublin and City Centre
Salary: €80,000 - €100,000

Reporting into: Contracts Manager
- Lead the delivery of a major commercial construction project from inception through to completion.
- Manage and motivate the project team, driving performance across safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, sequencing and programme management to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved.
- Drive a strong health, safety, environmental and quality culture across the project.
- Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and supplier appointments in line with project requirements.
- Work closely with the commercial team to monitor budgets, manage costs and maximise project performance.
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and progress updates while leading client and project review meetings.
