Project Manager to a Payroll Project

emagine is seeking a Project Manager to support a SAP Payroll project. This role's primary objective is to ensure the success of the payroll project, which has commenced with selected vendors.

Main Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project activities and engagements in collaboration with vendors and internal teams, ensuring adherence to quality and procedural standards.

• Orchestrating the project backlog alongside implementation partners.

• Managing internal deliverables required from the organization.

• Ensuring effective communication of business processes and infrastructure interfaces.

• Overseeing time, scope, costs, and quality deliverables.

• Collaborating with the digital HR team to support IT deliverables.

• Mentoring two existing Project Managers from business and IT.

• Identifying and escalating project impediments and risks.

• Securing timely resources from associated organizations and business lines.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven Project Management within an SAP context.

• 3+ years of Project Management experience specializing in payroll projects in SAP.

• Extensive experience with cross-functional and international teams.

• Proficient in stakeholder management and organizational change management.

• Relevant project management certifications are required.

• Experience in the energy sector.

Nice to Have:
Familiarity with large-scale payroll operations and transformations will be advantageous.
