Job Description\:
The Tools and Data Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of Tools and Data initiatives through effective project planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and action management.
The role provides direct support to the Head of Tools and Data, ensuring projects remain on track, stakeholders are engaged, actions are delivered, and leadership teams have the information required to make informed decisions.
Core Duties\:
- Work with project leads and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes
- Coordinate project activities, milestones, deliverables and dependencies
- Support prioritisation of activities across multiple projects and workstreams
- Provide delivery support across the Tools and Data portfolio
- Monitor and report project performance, delivery status and progress against milestones
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, working groups and stakeholder discussions
Essential Skills\:
- You will have strong planning and organisational skills
- You will have experience facilitating meetings and workshops
- You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- You will have knowledge of project governance methodologies
- Experience working within governance, PMO or portfolio management environments is desirable
The team\:
You will have the responsibility for the coordination and management of the Digital Enablement Hub, working with content owners, stakeholders and the Intranet Manager to ensure information remains accurate, up to date and relevant to users across JFC.
This role serves as a central coordination point, driving collaboration, governance, and delivery across the Tools and Data portfolio while supporting the successful execution of broader JFC team initiatives.
