Project Manager
Summary
Oversee IT projects from planning to delivery, coordinating teams and vendors using Agile and traditional methods while managing budgets and timelines.
· Diploma or Degree in computer science, infocomm technology, computer or electronics engineering, or a related discipline.
· At least 5 years of relevant experience as a project manager across at least two full project development life cycles, including at least one using Agile methodology.
· Strongvendor management and interpersonal skills.
· Basic organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
· Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical team members.
· Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
· Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Basic understanding of emerging technologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in basic procurement handling (e.g. call tender or do tender presentations).
· Experience handling projects involving Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytics, or Product-Centric Development.
· Project management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMP.
· Agile-related certifications such as Certified Scrum Master.
