Project Manager

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.

· More than 5 years of experience (as project manager or technical project manager) and proficient in project management with a proven track record of completing multi-million dollar IT projects from contract award to system commissioning within a technically complex and demanding environment.

· Project management experience in a systems integrator/services vendor organization using Waterfall/agile delivery methodology is an advantage.

· Experience in delivery of CRM projects or equivalent solutions will be an added advantage.

· Experience in the delivery of multiplatform technology-based IT projects comprising cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic project teams.

· Strong customer and team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams towards common objectives.

· Able to work with and present to Steering Committees.

· Strong competency and experience in managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams

· Self-motivated, result-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with priorities.

· Proficient with Microsoft Project or other project management reporting tools.

· Certifications in project management such as PMP and CITPM

· Effective communications and presentation skills, both written and oral.
