50% Endpoint Security Project
Lead the delivery of a major security uplift focused on endpoint management, device security, compliance, governance and modern management capabilities. This program is designed to strengthen the organisation's cyber security posture while delivering a more seamless and secure end-user experience.
50% Student Environments Modernisation Project
Drive the transformation of end-user computing environments through the modernisation of device management, virtual desktop technologies, application delivery and digital learning experiences, ensuring users have access to secure, contemporary and flexible technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of both the Endpoint Security and Student Environments Modernisation projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules and governance frameworks.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and critical decision points.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Coordinate technical specialists, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across technology, operational and executive stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees and governance forums.
- Provide clear project reporting, communications and status updates.
- Drive alignment across multiple teams with competing priorities.
- Change & Transition
- Support organisational change and adoption activities.
- Oversee implementation, transition and operational readiness planning.
- Ensure solutions are successfully embedded into business-as-usual operations.
