  • Provide professional oversight and administration of large-scale, complex building, infrastructure, transportation, or aviation development projects.
  • Manage and coordinate project delivery across all phases, including planning, design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, completion, handover, and Defects Liability Period (DLP).
  • Lead contract administration activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, project objectives, and regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising Architectural, Civil & Structural (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), specialist consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, cost, quality, safety, and schedule performance to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Facilitate design coordination and integration across various disciplines to ensure constructability, operational functionality, and stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Manage interfaces between contractors, direct contracts, nominated subcontractors (NSCs), specialist vendors, authorities, operators, and end users.
  • Review and assess contractor submissions, method statements, programmes, variation proposals, claims, and progress reports.
  • Support project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, completion, and handover processes to ensure operational readiness and project close-out requirements are achieved.
  • Prepare and present project updates, technical reports, recommendations, and performance reviews to project management and key stakeholders.
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Architectural, Civil & Structural (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or Project Management disciplines.
  • Professional qualification, registration, or accreditation recognized by the relevant professional body and acceptable to the Client.
  • Proven experience in major building, infrastructure, transportation, aviation, or large-scale development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, project controls, design management, construction management, and project delivery processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
