Project Manager
About the Position: Serve as a Life-Cycle Project Manager, with overall responsibility for initiating, planning, executing, and closing design, construction and/or services important projects utilizing various funding types such as MILCON, O&M, Host Nation, and Procurement funds.
Manage assigned projects in accordance with USACE’s Project Delivery Business Process and within schedule and budget from project inception through facility design and construction completion.
Coordinate planning, design, cost-engineering, construction, environmental, and/or services for projects of substantial scope and complexity.
Control and manage project milestones and budgets from planning through construction.
Use project automation tools such as CEFMS, P2, and Prima Vera P3 to collect, analyze, and display project information.
Represent the District Commander, serving as the Districts' primary point-of-contact with customer, Host Nation, various Host Nation Federal, state and local government agencies, and other external organizations.
