Summary
Manages end-to-end transformation initiatives in UK financial services, documents and manages change requirements, with deep understanding of the change lifecycle and exposure to commercial/institutional/retail/wealth/private banking.

Role Overview
An experienced Transformation PM with the ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements, and a deep understanding of the change lifecycle. Exposure to financial services in Commercial or Institutional banking, or Retail, Wealth, or Private banking, is required.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a UK financial services context
- Identify, document, and manage change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Apply change management best practices across Commercial, Institutional, Retail, Wealth, or Private banking initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Support delivery governance, risk management, and reporting
