Project Manager – Underground Utilities

Project Manager – Underground Utilities (Sewer, Stormwater & Deep Excavation) Location: Dubai, UAE Our client, an established UAE contractor specialising in underground utilities, is hiring a Project Manager to lead sewer, stormwater and deep excavation projects in Dubai. You will: • Lead delivery from pre-construction to handover: programme, budget, quality and HSE • Manage FIDIC contract administration, variations, claims and EOT • Lead authority NOC strategy and approvals (DM, RTA, DEWA and others) • Manage site teams, subcontractors and trenchless specialists

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • Around 15 years’ experience, including PM-level responsibility on underground utilities (experienced Construction Managers ready to step up are welcome to apply) • UAE or GCC experience on sewer, stormwater or water networks with a contractor • Hands-on deep excavation, shoring, dewatering and trenchless (microtunnelling, pipe jacking, NDRC) • FIDIC claims and EOT experience Please include your current package, expected package and notice period with your application.
