Project Manager
Summary
Project Manager responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and process improvement in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage deadlines.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and project activities effectively.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, change logs, and dashboards.
- Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognised project management certification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Project Management role.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or change management initiatives is advantageous.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational, commercial, or services environment is preferred.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering capability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
