Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute oil & gas projects, ensuring they meet technical, financial, and safety requirements. This role involves day-to-day management of resources, schedules, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE protocols, quality standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Supervise on-site teams and resolve technical or operational challenges.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation (reports, permits, compliance records).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 10+ years of project management experience in oil & gas.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
