WORK INFORMATION

Work Location: Fully remote / Work from home

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (time zone to be confirmed)
Probation Period: 3 months
Work Equipment: Employees must provide their own work devices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full project lifecycle for B2B or B2C platform development — from initial planning and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch and post-launch review.
  
• Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps and Product.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and resource allocation to keep initiatives on track.
  
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, escalating issues proactively where needed.
  
• Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable execution plans for technical teams.
  
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines.
  
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
  
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs against approved allocations.
  
• Ensure project documentation (plans, requirements, meeting minutes, change logs) is properly maintained and up to date.
  
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and best practices within the team.
  
• Support recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of project team members where required.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Product).
  
• Strong skills in project planning, timeline management, resource planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination.
  
• Demonstrated ability to translate business/product requirements into structured execution plans for technical teams.
