Oversees application development and implementation projects for government clients in Singapore, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Conversion: Potential opportunity to convert to a permanent position with the client based on performance and business requirements
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within application development or application implementation projects.
- Strong experience managing application projects from planning through delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working on public sector / government projects in Singapore will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management, timelines and budgets.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams, vendors and stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or other relevant project management certification would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
