Project Manager - Video surveillance system/ transmission/ backbone network
Description
Salary: $35,000 – $50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated technology projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, acceptance, handover, billing, and collection, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with contract requirements.
Manage communication with clients, government authorities, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Technical Support to secure project resources and resolve implementation issues.
Monitor project quality, risks, schedules, and costs; develop mitigation plans and ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Prepare project documentation, acceptance materials, and user manuals; deliver training and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in security systems, ELV/low-voltage systems, telecommunications, or smart technology projects.
Experience with video surveillance, transmission networks, or backbone networks is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum).
Understanding of network architecture, video technologies, storage systems, and related hardware.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Good command of English and Cantonese/ Chinese
