Responsibilities

1. Manage the full project lifecycle and ensure delivery. Lead the end-to-end process from project initiation, requirements, design and development through to delivery. Define project objectives, scope, plans, milestones and ownership, and take responsibility for delivery outcomes.
2. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and drive issue resolution. Track progress, risks and action items. Coordinate requirement changes, team dependencies and resource conflicts, drive decisions forward, and ensure every issue has a clear owner, target completion date and resolution.
3. Ensure timely and transparent communication. Provide timely updates on project progress, risks and delays. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, and continuously improve project management processes and tools.

1. Communicate promptly and align proactively. When project objectives, requirements, responsibilities or plans change, communicate with relevant stakeholders immediately to ensure everyone has a shared understanding. Do not wait for others to ask.
2. Provide timely feedback and surface issues proactively. When risks, blockers or potential delays arise, promptly communicate the facts, impact and support required. Propose solutions and continue following up before the issue escalates.
3. Communicate and provide feedback until closure. Reconfirm important matters, continuously share key updates and provide timely resolution results to ensure stakeholders are informed, responsibilities are clear and actions are completed.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. All academic backgrounds will be considered.
2. At least 2 years of experience in software development or cross-functional project management. Experience in end-to-end delivery of complex projects, with the ability to independently manage project planning, execution, risk management and issue resolution.
3. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, with practical experience in Scrum or Kanban.
4. English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language, including writing English documentation and communicating with international teams.
5. Strong logical thinking, presentation and project coordination skills, with the ability to balance competing needs related to time, scope and resources.
6. Familiarity with at least one project management tool, such as Linear, YouTrack, Jira or Notion.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, ACP or other project management certifications.
• Experience working with Business or cross-system collaboration projects.
• Experience improving project management processes or promoting project management tools.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve project management efficiency.
