Project Manager

You will lead the charge in planning, organizing, and executing unforgettable events that captivate audiences and deliver results. From brainstorming creative concepts to managing budgets, timelines, and vendors, you'll ensure every detail shines. What you will do?

• Act as the main point of contact for clients — from receiving briefs to sharing updates and supporting on-site visits

• Prepare operation-focused proposals and present them during client pitching sessions

• Share briefs and coordinate across teams such as Creative, Designer, Production, Finance, and with external suppliers

• Manage budgets and timelines to meet client expectations

• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution

• Follow up with team members to keep clients informed of progress

What you will need?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience managing consumer events such as fan meetings, product launching, or staff party

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command in English

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Ability to negotiate effectively with clients

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required
