About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Munich, responsible for managing client relationships and supporting our automotive testing projects. This role combines project management with client-facing responsibilities and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, proactive communication throughout project lifecycles
  • Support and coordinate ongoing automotive projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client expectations
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our automotive client portfolio
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Occasionally travel for client meetings, site visits, testing projects, and project-related business trips
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (testing, operations) to ensure project deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project management, account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging directly with clients
  • Business development mindset proactive in identifying growth opportunities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; German language skills are a plus
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich
