About APOLO P2P

APOLO P2P is the first global peer-to-peer tutoring marketplace focused exclusively on blockchain and cryptocurrency education.

The platform delivers live one-to-one tutoring sessions inside an integrated collaborative learning environment that includes video communication, collaborative educational tools, technical analysis environments, shared workspaces, and interactive learning systems.

Unlike traditional course-based platforms, APOLO focuses on real-time, on-demand learning where students connect directly with tutors and pay by the hour for personalized sessions.

We are currently looking for a highly organized and strategically minded Project Manager / Business Analyst to help coordinate platform execution while deeply analyzing and structuring how the platform should operate internally and externally.

This role combines operational coordination, structured documentation, platform analysis, workflow design, and cross-team collaboration.

Working Structure

• Equity-based founding-stage position • Fully remote • Team collaboration is synchronous, not asynchronous • Core working hours are Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM UTC to 7:00 PM UTC • Direct collaboration with Founder-level leadership, Product, Design, Backend, Frontend, QA, and external providers • Long-term strategic growth opportunity inside the company

Role Overview

This role is not limited to task management or sprint coordination.

We are looking for someone capable of deeply understanding platform logic, user behavior, operational workflows, and system interactions in order to help transform complex ideas into structured, scalable, and clearly documented execution plans.

You will help bridge the gap between business requirements, product strategy, user experience, compliance considerations, and technical execution.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across both strategic and operational areas inside a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and platform execution across development, design, QA, and operational teams • Track deliverables, blockers, dependencies, and sprint progress • Maintain visibility of platform readiness, feature progress, and operational risks • Collaborate directly with leadership to align priorities and execution timelines • Support internal coordination between technical and non-technical contributors • Help ensure deliverables meet defined functional and operational expectations

Business Analysis & Platform Logic

• Analyze and structure platform workflows, user journeys, and operational logic • Map and document key platform flows including: • Tutor onboarding • Identity verification processes • Wallet funding and withdrawals • Booking and scheduling systems • Session completion flows • Ratings and reviews • Tutor job systems • Support and dispute workflows • Write and maintain: • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) • Functional specifications • User stories • Workflow documentation • Operational process documentation • Work closely with developers and designers to clarify: • User logic • Validation flows • Edge cases • Error handling • Operational behavior

Strategic & Competitive Research

• Research competing educational and live-learning platforms • Analyze industry trends and emerging opportunities within: • Education technology • Blockchain and cryptocurrency education • Marketplace platforms • Payment ecosystems • Help identify: • Product improvement opportunities • User experience optimizations • Operational risks • Market differentiation opportunities

Operational & Data Analysis

• Help define and monitor operational KPIs and platform performance indicators • Analyze onboarding flows, user engagement, retention patterns, and operational bottlenecks • Support optimization of platform flows and communication systems using structured analysis and user insights • Assist in preparing platform readiness reports, operational documentation, and internal strategic materials

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with: • Founder-level leadership • Product and Design • Backend and Frontend Engineering • QA • External providers and operational partners • Help maintain clear communication and alignment between departments • Assist in organizing and prioritizing execution across multiple parallel workstreams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or related roles • Strong ability to analyze complex systems and transform them into structured workflows and documentation • Excellent written English and documentation skills • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities • Experience working with remote teams and startup environments • Familiarity with project and documentation tools such as: • Jira • ClickUp • Notion • Figma • Similar collaboration platforms • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and operational thinking • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with: • Marketplace platforms • Educational technology platforms • SaaS products • Fintech or crypto-related environments • Familiarity with: • User flow analysis • Operational process mapping • Platform scaling challenges • Multi-payment systems • Basic understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
