Project Manager

• Plan and schedule project activities, milestones and resources from pre-construction to handover
• Manage and assign work to Project Supervisors and the site team to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor project budgets, control costs and review variation orders and subcontractor claims
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth site progress
• Oversee permit applications and approvals (HDB, MCST, landlord or authority submissions)
• Ensure works comply with approved designs, quality standards, HDB/BCA regulations and workplace safety requirements
• Prepare project documentation and reports, including pre-construction reports, logistics plans, work progress reports, minutes of meetings (MOM) and operation & maintenance manuals (OMM)
• Chair project and site meetings, and report project status to management
• Resolve site issues, delays and client concerns promptly
• Oversee defect inspections, rectification works, handover and after-handover support
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Project Management, Interior Design or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects, with experience in a project management role
• Strong knowledge of renovation trades, materials, costing and HDB/BCA regulations
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time
• BCSS or relevant safety certification is an advantage; Class 3 licence preferred
