Project Manager
Summary
Oversee on-site construction quality, safety, and coordination for precast flooring projects, managing contractors and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Job Description:
- Coordination of on-site work with main contractor & sub-contractor for the precast defects
- Supervise, coordinate and check quality of works on site
- Monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-house workers
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications
- Assist in on-site quality or defect works
- Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
- Attend Site Meetings with Clients
- Coordinate and ensure that precast components supplied meet client’s delivery and installation deadlines
- Other Project Related work as required
Requirements:
- Experience and able to lead and control workers and subcontractors
- Positive attitude with customer service mindset & a team player
- A service-oriented and enthusiastic problem solver
- A multi-tasker with good inter-personal and communications skills
- Able to work under fast paced environment
