Summary
Project Manager serving as Key Personnel for contractor operations at White Sands Missile Range, NM — directing day-to-day IT, cybersecurity, and logistics contractor performance and acting as the site point of contact to the government COR. Requires a SECRET clearance (minimum) with TS/SCI eligibility for classified duties.
Position Title: Project Manager – WSMR
Location: White Sands Missile Range, NM
Clearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties.
Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the White Sands Missile Range site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support integrated from the former ISOSS mission.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the WSMR site.
- Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
- Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
- Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability under the WSMR compressed work schedule.
- Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
