Project Manager
The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting investment research activities while driving the planning and execution of projects across the business. This role requires a combination of analytical, research, and project management capabilities to support investment decision-making and ensure effective delivery of initiatives within defined timelines and scope. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights and produce structured reporting, while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Project Management
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Mailbox Ownership & Management
- Monitor response SLAs and proactively escalate overdue actions or unresolved queries to appropriate stakeholders.
- Standardize mailbox processes, templates, and categorization rules to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Provide regular reporting on mailbox volume, response times, outstanding actions, and accountability metrics.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, performance metrics, risks, and issues.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and generate reports to support business and investment decisions.
- Lead and/or support special projects as required.
- Investment Research & Analysis
- Conduct structured research across various asset classes to support investment decision-making.
- Perform basic industry and market analysis to identify trends and key factors impacting investment performance.
- Support due diligence processes, including data gathering and analysis, to contribute to the development of investment theses.

Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, capital markets, or a related discipline
Two to three years of project management experience, preferably either at a financial company, consultant, or data provider
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python or SQL is an advantage.
