Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide project execution
- Engage and influence key stakeholders including business users, project teams, and external vendors to secure alignment and support
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders effectively
- Manage stakeholder expectations by resolving conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum
- Foster cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics to enhance productivity and project outcomes
- Incorporate user needs and feedback into project deliverables to ensure relevance and quality
- Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and standards throughout all project activities
- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and minimize defects
- Monitor project budgets to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits and optimize resource use
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges to mitigate risks and keep projects on track
- Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input to drive project success
Required competencies and certifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in Agile Methodology
