Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you lead complex projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams stay aligned throughout every stage. You also keep your projects on track and tied to real business results, and use AI tools to make your own day-to-day and the project delivery more efficient. Working closely with consultants, designers, developers, and clients, you coordinate planning, communication, and execution to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading digital projects with various disciplines and subprojects;

• Monitoring scope, planning, budget, and quality;

• Reporting on progress and business value;

• Involving stakeholders in choices, progress, and decision-making;

• Interacting between client, internal teams, and partners;

• Identifying risks and adjusting in a timely manner.

• 4-6 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Product Owner;

• Experience within a digital agency or complex digital environments is a plus;

• Strong in stakeholder management and decision-making;

• Experienced in project and workflow software such as Jira and Confluence;

• Agile/Scrum experience (pragmatically applied);

• Comfortable using AI-enabled project and knowledge tools in day-to-day delivery.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with international clients;

• Knowledge of digital platforms and enterprise solutions;

• Experience delivering AI, automation or data-intensive change.
