Description
- Make overall project planning which adapted to customer, design, Fab, testing…etc planning
- Lead full project team to work with OEM customer directly for product development
- Monitor project budget and project GM status and come out improvement plan if sees any issue
- Plan sample run with material preparation , assembly jig, testing tooling jig …readiness
- Review design issue and come out improvement plan together with R&D team
- Make monthly project status report to present to all managements
- Control the timely performance of suppliers, chasing supplier deliverables I.e. ordered parts, test result, planning, supplier capacity calculations
- Coordinate shipping of display modules to various locations, I.e customer, testhouse, PD.
- Generate records, provide and distribute all relevant documentation as required by the project and standard procedures. I.e. Bill Of Material creation, update system with relevant project documentation
- Coordinate milestone report creation and uploading to CarUx system, with relevant departments. I.e. PD, factory and quality department.
- Prepare all related docs together with team for product release to Customer
