Project Manager(專案經理)(CMC)

【Position Summary】
Formosa Pharmaceuticals seeks a motivated and team-oriented person to support drug development projects and manage cross-functional and international efforts related to Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC).
The mission of the Project Manager is to work closely with functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, QA, RA, Supply Chain and external vendors/partners, to ensure projects are executed according to defined timelines, quality requirements and budgets.

【Job Responsibility】

• Support the development project plans and understand company’s project strategy and work toward achieving corporate goals.
• Coordinate, manage and control projects across multiple sites.
• In addition to maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, track project progress and identify schedule risks or potential delays.
• Foster collaborative relationships with employees across Formosa Pharmaceuticals and external subsidiaries or alliance partners.
• Follow up on project trackers and action items to ensure tasks are completed in timely manner.
• Monitoring and cost-control of project budgets.
• Consolidate information from cross-functional teams for project meetings and maintain meeting minutes.

【Qualifications】

• 2 years’ experience in project management in drug development

-Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to conduct gap and risk analyses.
-Experience with project management tools .
-Familiarity with CMC development and GMP manufacturing activities is preferred.
-Experience working with external vendors, CDMOs, or CROs.
