Project Manager(專案經理)

【Position Summary】
Formosa Pharmaceuticals invites a detail-oriented and analytical individual with project management experience to join our team. The successful candidate has experience in coordination, organization, and oversight of activities related to the CMC development, non-clinical, IND submission, and clinical studies. The candidate will be primarily responsible for development and maintenance of the company’s drug development pipeline.

【Job Responsibility】

• Collaborate with internal and external (international and domestic), multi-disciplinary teams (RD, QA, RA, BD, legal, and FD) to establish coordinated plans for business demands and growth.
• Establish and manage a project plan within a designated budget and timeline to meet the goal of company.
• Continually monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and proactively implement measurements to ensure project target is met.
• Foster/promote collaborative relationships with colleagues and partners

【Qualifications】

• 3 years’ experience in project management in drug development
• Experience coordinating clinical CROs and/or familiarity with regulatory practices for drug product launch is a plus
• Strong organizational skills l Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Candidates with pharmaceutical or scientific experience will be given preference.
