POSITION 1: PROJECT MANAGER - SAP SD / ORDER-TO-CASH
About the Role
Lead SAP-related projects and enhancements, with a strong focus on SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C). This role manages projects from requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and risks.
Coordinate business, IT, SAP consultants, developers, testers, and vendors.
Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and go-live activities.
Facilitate project governance and stakeholder meetings.
Manage RAID logs, dependencies, issues, and project risks.
Provide status reports and dashboard reporting through Azure DevOps.
Ensure business requirements and technical specifications are aligned.
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in ERP, business systems, or digital transformation.
Experience leading SAP implementation or enhancement projects, beyond production support/ticket management.
Experience with SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Understanding of billing, invoicing, pricing, credit/debit memos, and customer processes.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
Good to Have
SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA exposure.
AR, GL, and reconciliation knowledge.
API integration exposure.
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
POSITION 2: PROJECT MANAGER - FINANCE SYSTEMS / ERP & COMPLIANCE
About the Role
Lead Finance and Enabling Functions initiatives, working closely with Finance, Tax, IT, Customer Service, business teams, and external vendors to successfully deliver ERP and Finance system projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Finance and ERP projects from planning through implementation.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
Coordinate SAP, Odoo, integration, and invoice digitization activities.
Manage business, IT, Finance, Tax, and vendor stakeholders.
Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
Ensure alignment with business, technical, compliance, and data quality requirements.
Maintain RAID logs, status reports, deployment plans, and handover documents.
Support compliance reviews and audit activities.
Work closely with Finance and Tax teams on BIR, CAS, and internal controls.
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
ERP, business systems, or digital transformation project experience.
Experience managing system implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
Working experience with Finance systems.
Understanding of invoice digitization and document management solutions.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Good to Have
Odoo ERP or similar ERP exposure.

POSITION 3: BUSINESS ANALYST - SAP / FINANCE SYSTEMS
About the Role
The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, Tax, Customer Service, IT teams, SAP consultants, developers, testers, and vendors to gather and validate business requirements and ensure requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams.
The role will support SAP, Finance systems, ERP, integration, and invoice digitization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.

Support stakeholder sign-off and business readiness before implementation.
Assist with requirements documentation and project audit trails.
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Experience preparing or reviewing BRDs, process flows, business rules, functional specifications, user stories, test scenarios, and UAT scripts.
Experience working with business and technical teams.
Experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, or integration projects.
Ability to work effectively with business users, developers, testers, consultants, and vendors.
Understanding of testing and UAT processes.
Preferred SAP / Finance Experience
Experience or exposure to SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Understanding of billing, invoicing, pricing, credit/debit memos, and customer-related processes.
Experience working with Finance systems.
Understanding of invoice digitization and document management solutions.
