Project Materials Procurement Manager (Arabic & English)

GQ-Trading Company is an engineering materials supplier in Saudi Arabia. We are hiring one Project Materials Procurement Manager with local project-materials experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, assess and manage suppliers of engineering and construction materials for Saudi projects.

• Handle inquiries, quotation comparisons, commercial negotiations, purchase orders and delivery follow-up.

• Coordinate material specifications and procurement schedules with project and engineering teams.

• Control procurement costs while maintaining quality and supply reliability.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Proven experience procuring materials for engineering or construction projects.

• Familiarity with Saudi local engineering standards and project requirements.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and an established supplier network.

• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and cost-control skills.

• Previous experience as a project engineer is preferred.

Compensation: From SAR 5,000 per month. Final package is negotiable based on experience and capability, with no fixed upper limit.
