Project Materials Procurement Manager (Mandarin & English)

GQ-Trading Company is an engineering materials supplier in Saudi Arabia. We are hiring one Project Materials Procurement Manager to support project purchasing and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Source, assess and manage suppliers of engineering and construction materials in Saudi Arabia.

• Handle inquiries, quotation comparisons, commercial negotiations, purchase orders and delivery follow-up.

• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to meet technical, schedule and budget requirements.

• Control procurement costs while maintaining quality and supply reliability.

Requirements

• Chinese national; fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Arabic is an advantage.

• Proven experience procuring engineering or construction materials for projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and an established supplier network.

• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and cost-control skills.

Compensation: From SAR 5,000 per month. Final package is negotiable based on experience and capability, with no fixed upper limit.
