In this role, you will
Support the development and delivery of road and infrastructure projects by providing project management and financial administration support. In this role, you will manage competing priorities and help deliver project components on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support Project Managers with project and WBS creation requests.
- Support budget and forecast management processes
- Assist with project closure and capitalisation activities
- Monitor and manage the Project Controls shared mailbox
- Support data remediation activities for project and WBS structures
- Assist with end-of-month (EOM) journal processing
- Provide support to Project Support Officer in Invoices processing of Utility charges and creation of Objective folders for Project Managers
Working collaboratively, you will contribute to stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across projects.

About you
You are a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment while also working independently to meet deadlines. You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively. Your experience in financial administration includes reconciliation, procurement, and budget management, supported by a continuous improvement mindset. Experience with SAP and Excel will be highly regarded and set you up for success in this role.
