Project / Operations Executive (Have Car / Training Provided)
Summary
Coordinates and optimizes construction or infrastructure projects by managing schedules, resources, and safety compliance across sites in Singapore.
Work location: Woodlands / Various site
Responsibilities
Consolidate and manage work schedules for all projects to determine and allocate required manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and minimize wastage across projects
Develop and implement strategies to improve manpower retention and enhance workforce competencies and experience
Monitor daily operations actively using technology to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Facilitate effective communication between project and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and implement improvements
Manage and enhance departmental safety standards by enforcing compliance with all safety rules and regulations during site operations
Take prompt enforcement actions for any safety noncompliance without prejudice
Analyse existing workflows and procedures to develop policies and structures that address operational gaps
Take ownership and respond promptly during unexpected crises, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Operation Manager as needed
Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Diploma in Civil/Structural, Mechanical,Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or Equivalent,
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in operations preferably within Civil/Infrastructure, Construction, Building or project-based environments is an advantage.
Experience in resource management, project coordination, and team supervision with a practical, hands-on approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stake holders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on operational efficiency and quality.
