Project Operations Manager
RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications, and regulatory technologies.
We're looking for a highly proactive Operations Manager to become the CEO's right hand in a fast-growing iGaming business.
We're looking for someone who can turn ideas into execution, improve business operations, and leverage AI to make the company more efficient. Please note: experience limited to using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar LLMs for basic tasks is not sufficient. We are looking for hands-on experience with AI automation, AI agents, no-code/low-code tools, APIs, workflows and actual implementation of automated solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
- Turning meetings, chats, and ideas into structured tasks with clear owners and deadlines.
- Coordinating cross-functional projects and driving execution.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and improving internal processes.
- Automating workflows, reporting, and documentation using AI.
- Building internal tools, integrations, and MVPs with no-code/low-code solutions.
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to real business operations—not just using ChatGPT for content generation.
- Practical experience with tools such as n8n, Make, AI Agents, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, APIs, Webflow, Framer, or similar.
- A systems-thinking mindset, strong ownership, and excellent execution skills.
