How you will get the job done
managing and continuously enhancing project and product portfolio management practices, governance and reporting across a designated organizational area
preparing portfolio reports, dashboards and management presentations for various leadership forums to support transparency and decision-making through data-driven insights
monitoring project status, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and overall portfolio health indicators
supporting portfolio financial management activities, including budget tracking, forecasting and analysis of portfolio spending trends
monitoring portfolio investment data and helping identify financial risks, optimization opportunities and areas requiring management attention
collaborating with project managers, product managers and business stakeholders to drive portfolio transparency and delivery excellence
aligning portfolio management processes, reporting standards and governance requirements with central portfolio management teams
maintaining and developing portfolio communication channels, SharePoint sites, workspaces and knowledge repositories
coordinating and facilitating management meetings, community events, best-practice sessions, town halls and other portfolio communication activities
supporting workforce planning, resource management, capacity monitoring and sourcing-related activities across the portfolio
monitoring workforce-related KPIs, utilization, sourcing mix and resource allocation trends, providing insights and recommendations to management
partnering with HR, managers and other stakeholders on workforce governance, organizational changes and talent-related initiatives
identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and optimize portfolio management and workforce management processes
Skills and experience you will need
fluency in Business English
at least 5 years of experience in portfolio, program, project management, PMO or similar governance functions
experience working with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps, Planview or similar)
knowledge of project, program and portfolio management methodologies, frameworks and best practices
hands-on experience in portfolio reporting, governance and management support functions
excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including cooperation with senior leadership
strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
high attention to detail and commitment to data quality
proactive, self-organized and solution-oriented attitude
continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes
ability to work in an international and matrix-driven environment
Nice to have
experience in workforce planning, capacity management or resource management
experience with reporting automation, dashboards and data visualization solutions
