Project Pursuit Manager
We are looking for a Project Pursuit Manager to join our Nordic team.
This role is essential for maximizing growth and profitability in the greenfield and/or complex project business. This role leads large pursuits throughout multi-year project phases developing winning pursuit strategies from early engagement value creation across stakeholders to final negotiations and commercial terms.
The position will be based in one of our offices in Norway (Porsgrunn, Stavanger, Bergen), Sweden (Molnlycke, Karlstad), Denmark (Copenhagen) and Finland (Vantaa).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Project funnel: Identify and qualify strategic project opportunities. Keep the project horizon funnel actual and drive input for accurate forecasting
- Pursuit strategies: Develop and implement sales pursuit strategies. Understanding customer and stakeholder value drivers and project dynamics, identifying critical decision makers and decision paths.
- Stakeholder management: Forge relationships with critical stakeholders at End-users, EPC contractors, key OEMs, and major partners.
- Lead pursuit process: Apply a structured project pursuit sales process, form and lead sales pursuit teams with clarity of actions and accountabilities.
- Value proposition: Apply industry-fluent project value messages, effectively communicate to maximize impact of stakeholder touchpoints.
- Coordinate support: Engage specialists and executive sponsors to establish value proofs and our unique project value propositions and differentiation.
- Winning quotes: Coordinate with Project Management Office to develop effective proposal strategies at lowest cost, prepare winning proposals, perform spec reviews, conduct risk assessments and prepare the full bid business case.
- Pricing: Develop pricing strategies and negotiate effectively.
- Active contributor in Nordic leadership team

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Technical degree, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large projects with multiple stakeholders
- Previous successful results in sales
- Proficiency in English and local country language
- Willingness to travel in the Nordic countries (Driver’s license)
