Salary: $2,800 - $4,000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
Office Location: Mandai Estate
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications & other documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts
- Manage Subcontract issues from time to time
- Attend site meetings for site progress coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making leading to successful project completion.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in quantity surveying
- Proficient in MS Office & AutoCAD
