Project Quality Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Hold overall QA/QC accountability for the assigned project.
- Accountable for the implementation of contractual quality requirements.
- Responsible for the establishment and implementation of the project quality plan, procedures, work instructions, and inspection & test plans.
- Set the project quality KPIs, continuously monitor, and audit the implementation of the QA/QC function.
- Manage, correct, analyze, and prevent reoccurrence of non-conformances, and extract lessons learnt.
- Communicate, coordinate, and report to the company quality representative on all quality-related matters.
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out all project audits (internal, external, and company audits) at all phases of the project as per approved project audit schedules.
- Coordinate with the inspection teams in case of quality problems.
- Serve as the focal point with company counterpart, vendor, TPI certification agencies, and other interested parties for obtaining necessary approvals for the projects.
- Attend project risk assessment sessions, lessons learnt sessions, and provide quality inputs.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Internationally recognized certification in auditing ISO-9001 or equivalent.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas projects (15 years for project quality lead), with at least five years in managerial roles in quality functions for offshore oil & gas projects.
- Previous experience and approval with major offshore assignments is preferable.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English language.
