Project Quantity Surveyor (2-3yrs exp/Post-Tender QS/Progress Claims & VO/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions)

Responsibilities:

• Check and evaluate progress claims from subcontractors and prepare payment responses.
• Review variation orders and extension of time submissions.
• Prepare and finalise final accounts for projects.
• Measure quantities and get quotations for project works.
• Compare quotations and suggest suitable subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support the project team on cost control and contract issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant post-contract quantity surveying experience in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in assessing progress claims and variation orders.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
