Job Description

Join our team to support the commercial and contractual management of electrical and M&E construction projects across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle quantity surveying duties for electrical works from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
  • Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, budgets and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
  • Monitor project costs, variation orders, progress claims, interim payments and final accounts.
  • Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and support procurement activities.
  • Prepare cost reports, project documentation and contract administration records.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
  • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, evaluate variations and prepare cost analyses.
  • Support tender preparation, budgeting and project cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management for electrical or M&E construction projects. Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.
  • Familiar with variation orders, progress claims, contract administration and cost estimation.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and tender documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Experience with BIM software such as Revit or Cubicost will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.
  • Willing to work at project sites across Singapore.
