Project Quantity Surveyor [SL]

Job Summary

We are looking for a competent Quantity Surveyor to manage the cost and commercial aspects of civil engineering and infrastructure projects in Singapore. This role involves cost planning, subcontractor assessment, contract administration, and financial monitoring to support the successful delivery of projects within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Analyse subcontractor tenders, quotations, and claims to assess their commercial viability.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, and final account settlements.
• Assist in contract negotiations, review contractual terms, and maintain proper contract records.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and highlight potential financial risks or cost overruns.
• Work closely with internal project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
