Job Description

• Mandatory experience in recruitment projects, especially in the Telecommunication Industry.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.\Experience in employer branding and enhancing candidate experience.

Requirement

• Source top candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify the best talent.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate registration to salary negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Keep the candidate database updated and well-organized.
